Privacy Policy
Last updated October 13, 2026.
Foreman Marketing is a brand of Blashton LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company doing business as Foreman Marketing (“Foreman Marketing,” “we,” “our,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share information when you visit foremanmarketing.com, use our booking and scheduling pages (including scale.foremanmarketing.com), or communicate with us.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, trade, revenue range, and anything else you enter on our forms or booking pages or send us directly.
- Booking details: the time you book, notes you add, and whether you attend.
- Usage data: IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and how you move through the site.
- Cookies and similar technologies: described in Section 6.
- Information from service providers: for example, our scheduling, email and advertising platforms, in connection with the services above.
2. How we use information
- Respond to your inquiry and decide whether we are a fit for your business.
- Schedule, confirm and remind you about calls you book.
- Send emails and, where you have agreed to them, text messages (see Section 3).
- Deliver our marketing services to clients.
- Send marketing content only where you have opted in.
- Understand how the site is used and measure our advertising, subject to your cookie choices.
- Comply with the law and prevent fraud.
3. Text messages (SMS) and mobile information
We send text messages only to people who agree to receive them. On our booking forms there are two separate checkboxes. Both start unchecked, both are optional, and you can book a call without checking either one.
- Appointment messages: if you check the appointment box, we text you about the call you booked: confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and follow-ups about that call.
- Marketing messages: only if you check the separate marketing box, we may text you case studies, offers and updates about our services.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. Agreeing to one program does not sign you up for the other.
- Message frequency: varies. Appointment messages are typically a few per booked call.
- Carrier disclosure: message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us, or email blake@advocate1917.com.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, or email blake@advocate1917.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging opt-in data and consent records. That information will not be shared with any third party for any purpose other than delivering the messages you agreed to (for example, our text-messaging provider acting only on our behalf).
4. Email
When you give us your email address, we may send you messages about your booking, your project and our services. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message or by emailing blake@advocate1917.com. Messages about an active booking or engagement may continue while it is active.
5. How we share information
- Service providers: companies that help us run our business, such as website hosting, scheduling and customer-management software, email and text-message delivery, and analytics and advertising platforms. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, subpoena or court order, or to enforce our agreements.
- Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case the buyer is bound by this policy.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share text-message opt-in data or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes (see Section 3).
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies to run this site. With your permission, we may also use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel, to understand how the site is used and measure our advertising. You can turn the optional ones off at any time with “Cookie Settings” in the site footer, or through your browser settings. We treat the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out. Our booking pages on scale.foremanmarketing.com are hosted by our scheduling provider and may set their own cookies.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, unless the law requires or allows us to keep it longer.
8. Security
We use reasonable physical, technical and administrative measures to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access or get a copy of your personal information.
- Correct or update it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Opt out of marketing messages.
To make a request, email blake@advocate1917.com.
